Heather’s Soul Lightening work is powerful. Many times she has masterfully helped me discover and release numerous and surprising inner obstacles that have held me back or sabotaged progress in certain areas of my life. As a result I am less burdened and more free in my body and in moving forward in my personal growth and goals. I feel so safe to share just about anything with Heather. She often gently nudges me to look at areas I ordinarily wouldn’t even consider looking at on my own. I’m always pleased that I listened.

Heather is a skilled and intuitive healer. I have seen her for Soul Lightening Acupressure several times and have taken my 6 year old son to her as well. I had a bad cold while on vacation coupled with a bad cough and headaches. Luckily Heather was with me and offered helpful suggestions and also offered to treat me to an Acupressure session. Heather gave me an acupressure treatment in my casa on my bed. Her touch was soothing and healing. She carefully explained what she was doing and I felt very comfortable. After the session, I felt better overall and even some of my symptoms were relieved.
